Course details
This course is designed for those who don’t want to talk about Agility in theory, but want to experience practically what it’s really about and how to use it for themselves. This course is attended either by participants who have only a vague idea about Agile and want to finally get a practical “feel” for it, or by those who have already dealt with some Agile and want to see where they can go next. Alternatively, they want to find out what the reasons are that it still doesn’t work for them the way it looks in books and instructional videos. It’s true – it’s not quite that simple in practice. Having been with Agility for over 20 years, we know that there are no magic solutions. But we have practical experience and can tell you how to implement or advance Agility for you.

09:30 – 12:30 Simulation of Traditional and Agile ways of working
12:30 – 13:15 Lunch break
13:15 – 14:00 Completion of the simulation + reflection on what we have experienced
14:00 – 15:00 Mapping the simulation experience to the Agile Manifesto and SCRUM framework and Kanban
15:00 – 16:30 Q&A and sharing what works and doesn’t work in other companies
16:30 – 17:00 Tips on what can be done tomorrow and closing the day
