Course details
This workshop will use our legendary Lean Lego game to guide you through a situation where we will have to collectively take the familiar Agile principles to a level above common team practices.
We will do so using Lean principles that complement Agile perfectly and teach you how to look at the entire corporate “food chain” and optimize it as a whole. How to link separate departments back together and how to resolve the often present dependencies, blockages and escalations that constantly arise and consume a lot of our time?
As always, this will be an interactive workshop that will not only show you the necessary principles but let you invent and experience them in practice. We will discuss this whole experience in depth and find what are the right tools to put into practice. At the same time, we will also discuss what to watch out for and in which situations our common sense can betray us. Returning to your daily practice will then be just another round of a fun game where you will suddenly see similar patterns and automatically know what to do better.
We’ll finish with sharing from practice – both from us and from the participants.

15:00 – 16:30 Q&A and sharing what works and doesn’t work in other companies
16:30 – 17:00 Tips on what can be done tomorrow and closing the day
