This course is designed for you who have experience or understanding of Agile at a team level or within a single product. But you need the answers on how Agile can work in large companies and corporations. In this course, participants will have the opportunity to experience scaled processes and become aware of important principles and practices. Together, we will then pull together what is needed from different frameworks and methodologies to effectively collaborate across multiple teams and multiple interdependent products. With our experience of Agile transformations in different corporations, we will bring you real lessons and options on how to proceed in a given context.
